Considering that it's going to be 5 days a week, and the sets, reps and intensity are going to be changed, I don't think you can look to starting strength for when you should do which lifts. That being said, I don't think it matters which day someone benches, and which day someone presses. I'd say training like that has more in common with smolov or an advanced sheiko routine, although neither of those is 5 days in a row.
